Cute Original Collage - singing red bird
"I am a freelance art director and designer from Vancouver who loves to make crafty things. My favourite mediums are wood (surprise) and paper. When I am not collageing, I am wood burning, and when I am not wood burning I am drawing. Check out updates on my work as well as the occasional giveaway at:cabinandcub.blogspot.ca I also have another etsy shop called Tiny Cub that specializes in cute stationary and prints. Check it out here. "

Mouse Cleaning ( Mouseo Pergo )
"I am a big art history fan, but not serious about the dogma of fine art. I think art should be fun and accessible. I enjoy just about everything, to include: old etchings and prints, Italian Mannerism, Dadaism, Surrealism, and all the other isms. My current work is influenced by Odilon Redon, Raoul Hausmann, Francis Picabia, Francis Bacon, Remedios Varos, and Julie Speed."

Sarah McIntyre

What Lies Beneath- Mixed Media Magazine Collage
"Hi, I'm Sarah. I am a studio artist, the best free labor in my husband’s high school art classroom, and the mom of two fluffy white dogs and a frog. We live in Port Lavaca, a small town on the coast of Texas. I love making art, talking with Nick, my husband, at Skillets (the small diner in town), seeing my family and friends, dancing in the rain, putt-putt, walking the beach, and of course not quitting my day job.
I graduated with a BFA in studio art in 2008, from Sam Houston State University. One of my favorite mediums to work in is collage (using magazine paper), but I go through fazes where I love to paint.
If you have questions about how I made something, or what techniques I use feel free to ask. I also update what I am working on pretty regularly on my blog site www.sarahmcintyre22.blogspot.com if you are interested check it out."

I love to travel, and many of my art pieces are inspired by the places I have been. I have even been told that they invoke a "sunny, relaxing feeling" which I hope you will find to be true.

mermaid believe altered art sign collage
"I am a 28 year old full time graphic design student, single mother of one independent 6 year old little girl with lots of spunk, altered artist and homemaker. I find inspiration in the sea and love anything to do with it, mermaids are my favorite art pieces to create. I love the unique and unusual, I love dark art and skeletons, but equally enjoy fairy's and hearts.
I appreciate everything hand made and take a great deal of time and care when making my own pieces.
I have been creating and selling collages and altered art for 10+ years now (drawing/painting since I can remember) and have been selling my work online for almost 7. I have had local shows and sold in boutiques in Sedona, AZ.
I am working on a book, and will soon be focusing on getting some pieces published but have not found enough time to do so!"
