Scarlet Macaw Parrot - Paper Bird Handmade Hanging Sculpture
"Based in Woods Hole, MA, Burgee Studio is the work of designer Ryan Schenk. I make decorative objects and room accents that are Modern in design, and meticulously handmade in construction. Cut paper is great, affording the bold colors and simple shapes that I like, while being pleasant to work with too. I keep a small flock of birds above my computer, and enjoy watching them spin around when I'm taking a break from the screen. They also look great in children's rooms, studios, and playrooms. Heck, we have a flock of toucans flying over our dining room table...they go great with our Tord Boontje chandelier!"
