"Inspired through natural rhythms and textures, mixed media processes and unpolluted design. [bio in brief] Academic work at Columbus College of Art & Design and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia. Followed by travels to Egypt studying rural life in the Nile valley. A year(+) later spent several months in Soto Zen monastic training in the Japan Alps and a sculptural/ceramic apprenticeship with Kakuho Saito on the Japan Sea coast. After a couple U.S. road trips, I anchored in Northeast Ohio and continue to make/exhibit artwork."
