Widget?

So, I've been asked by a few different people for a widget. What on earth is a widget how do I get one? any advice?
It was a gorgeous and sunny day today. The wind was cool, so we still needed our leather jackets, on the bike. I can feel either a sun burn or a wind burn or both, on my face. Oh, I love it!!

"Pimp your blog!"

SO, I'm trying to think of how i can promote my etsy shop. I was told to "pimp" my blog, as it has a mini etsy on it. Right now, I get zero readers... Maybe this will help.

Six stuffies

So, I made these six stuffies/ plush animals for a friend's baby shop. She sells baby and maternity clothes. The store is called The Nesting Co. (or something like that) She wanted me to make some critters and see if they'd sell, in her store. I must say, that the plaid teddy is my favorite, and was almost sold before I even left the store! I think I'll be making more of these to sell in my Etsy store (in different colors), and for the baby store. Each stuffie is different from each other, some taking more work than others. Tell me which you like the best!
I often wonder, what's the point of keeping this blog? as I know there are NO readers... :*(

Crochet...

I got this book from the library, the other day. I'm going to attempt to teach myself how to crochet. I have attempted this several times in the past, already. This time I'll take it seriously and really try to learn. I'd love to make some doll clothes or some adorable little amigurumis some day. I need to find out what a good starting size is for a crochet hook, a standard size. Wish me luck!

So I bought this zine from helloamber on etsy & I received it today. It's my second Culture Slut zine that I have received. I can't tell you how much I am enjoying Amber's zines! They are so well written and organized. Not just incoherent babbling, like some other zines I've read. They actually have a purpose. In this one, Amber & her twin sister, Maranda, talk about life as a twin. I must admit, the first reason why I bought this zine was because it has blythe dolls on the cover! I can't wait to get another Culture Slut and see what else Amber has to say!

I finally watched "Saw V" last night! I love this series of movies! I recommend that you start from the first one and watch through, tho, or you will be completely lost! There was alot of gore and unexpected twists, which I love. The ending always leaves me with the thought "When is the next one comming out???", and Saw V was no different!

Etsy & Zines

Thanks to Amandalee, I am finally able to open my own etsy shop! And I already have 6 sales and have so much more traffic than on DaWanda. I have a number of things to still post on etsy, as well.
I have also gotten into zines & have made 2 already. I'm just sewing the binding on the 2nd one, then it will be ready to go out into the world. I received a copy of "Culture Slut" from Amber in Montreal, Quebec yesturday. I really loved it! It gave me some ideas and alot of inspiration for my next zine. I want to do alot more writing in my zines. I haven't written in so long, except for letters and such, so this will be a bit of a challange for me.
